I am sorta wierd but I mix about 1/4 cup fiber one, add some other type of 'substantial' cereal such as frosted mini wheats, raisin bran or...you get the picture. Then I add a few spoons full of fruit flavored yogurt for flavor,and skim milk. We normally have kefir and fruit smoothies (with raw eggs for extra protein), oatmeal, eggs, toast, or whole grain muffins.
